Dill Sauce
Makes 1 cup
Ingredients:
- Yolk of 1 hard-boiled (hard-cooked)
egg

1/2 cup salad oil

1-1/2 teaspoon vinegar

Dash Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon dried dill (or 1-teaspoon fresh dill)

1/4 cup unsweetened whipped cream
Directions:
- Rub the egg yolk though a sieve and bean in the
salad oil.
- Now, beat in the vinegar, Worcestershire,
mustard, sugar, salt, pepper, and dill.
- Fold in the whipped cream.
- Place in refrigerator and chill or 1 hour or
until ready to serve.
