Burrito Bites

Makes 10 burrito bites

Ingredients:

• 1 - 10-inch flour tortilla

• 2 - Tablespoons prepared yellow mustard

• 3 - slices deli-style country ham

• 2 - slices Swiss Cheese

• 2 - leaf lettuce leaves, large

Directions:

1. On a flour tortilla, spread mustard. 
2. Lay the ham slices in a thin layer across the tortilla.
3. Put the cheese slices and top with lettuce. 
4. Tightly roll into a burrito.
5. Then, slice into 1-inch pieces across and hold together with toothpicks.
