Once Upon the Chili Cheese Dip
Makes about 2 1/2 quarts.
2 - pounds lean ground beef
2 - pounds Velveeta cheese
2 - cans (19 ounces) green chilies and
3 - teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 - teaspoon chili powder
1/4 - cup all-purpose flour
1/2 - water
1) In a large pot, brown beef and drain fat.
Add the cheese, chilies, Worcestershire sauce, and chili powder.
Heat until cheese melts.
2) In a separate bowl, make a
paste from the flour and water. Stir paste into the pot until it

Serve with corn chips.
