8 - ounces
cream cheese, softened to room temperature
8 - ounces sour
4 - ounces green
4 - ounces black olives,
1 - cup shredded
1/2 - cup chopped
1/2 - teaspoon garlic salt
5 - (10-inch) flour
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, green chilies,
black olives, Cheddar cheese, onions, and salt. Chill for 30 minutes.
Spread cheese mixture on tortillas (Do not spread to one
edge of each tortilla). Roll up and cover with a damp towel.
Chill for 2 hours or until ready to serve. Cut into 1-inch pieces. Serve with mild salsa.
