Cheese Olive Puff

Makes 20 servingsCowboy Cooking Recipes from AlansKitchen.com

Prep Time: 15 min.
Chilling Time: 6 hrs.
Baking Time: 10 to 15 min.

Ingredients:

  •    1 - stick butter

  •    2 - cups graded cheese

  • 1/2 - teaspoon paprika

  •    1 - teaspoon salt

  •    1 - cup all-purpose flour, sifted

  •    2 - jars stuffed olives

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend butter, cheese, paprika, and salt.  Add flour and mix.

  2. Wrap dough around each olive.  Place in refrigerator and chill for at least 6 hours.

  3. Preheat oven to 400-degrees and grease cookie sheets.  Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve warm.
