1 fresh jalapeno chile,
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese
and chile. In a large ungreased skillet over low
heat, heat tortillas, one at a time, until soft to prevent
cracking while rolling.
With a small spatula, spread the chile-cheese mixture evenly over one side of each tortilla.
Roll up each tortilla with the chile-cream cheese mixture on the inside.
Wrap tortillas in plastic wrap and
refrigerate 30 minutes before slicing. Cut into 1-inch pieces to serve.
