Tortilla Appetizer
Makes
6 to 8 servings

Ingredients:
- 1 container (6-ounce) soft
cream cheese
- 1 fresh jalapeno chile,
minced
- 4 flour tortillas (10-inch)
Directions:
- In a small bowl, combine cream cheese
and chile.
- In a large ungreased skillet over low
heat, heat tortillas, one at a time, until soft to prevent
cracking while rolling.
- With a small spatula, spread the
chile-cheese mixture evenly over one side of each tortilla.
- Roll up each tortilla with the
chile-cream cheese mixture on the inside.
- Wrap tortillas in plastic wrap and
refrigerate 30 minutes before slicing.
- Cut into 1-inch pieces to serve.
