Baking Time 90 min
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 - pounds ground beef
- 1 - cup water
- 2 - Tablespoon liquid smoke
- 2- Tablespoons saltpeter
- 1/2 - teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 - teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 - teaspoon mustard seed
Directions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, add ground
beef, water, liquid smoke, saltpeter, onion powder, garlic
powder, and mustard seed.
- Mix well.
- Form into a long roll, wrap in foil
with shiny side in, and refrigerate 24 hours.
Preheat to 300 F.
- Bake on a rack for 90 minutes.
- Cool and refrigerate.
