Easy Barbecue Bean Cups

Makes 10 appetizers

Ingredients

• 1 - can (12 ounces) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
• 1 - can (16 ounces) Barbecue Baked Beans
• 1/2 - cup shredded cheese

Directions

Heat oven to 400°.

1. Place 1 biscuit into each of 10 ungreased standard-sized muffin cups.
2. Press dough firmly into bottoms and up sides of cups.
3. Spoon 1 generous tablespoon of beans into each biscuit cup.
4. Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until edges of biscuits are golden.
5. Sprinkle each bean cup cheese.
6. Return to oven and heat 1 minute or until cheese has melted.
7. Let cool slightly.
8. Loosen edges of biscuits before removing from pan.
