Sausage Sliders with Cran-Apple Slaw
Makes 8 (1 sandwich each) servings

cheddar cheese, cut in half

split, or slider buns

1. In a mixing bowl, combine Cran-Apple
Slaw ingredients of coleslaw blend, apple, cranberries,
pecans, mayonnaise, and barbecue sauce.
1. Cut sausage roll into
8 slices and shape each slice into small 1/2-inch-thick
2. Cook in large skillet
over medium heat 12-14 minutes or until done (160°F),
topping with cheese for the last 2 minutes.
3. Spread cut sides of
rolls with mustard, if desired. Fill with sausage patties
