Canaan BarBQ Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400� F.

Cut off wing
tips and discard or reserve for stock. Cut each wind in half at
joint.

Place wings on
broiler rack.

Bake for 50 to
60 minutes or until crisp (turn once).

Meanwhile, in a
bowl, add ketchup, red pepper, lime juice, garlic powder, and
brown sugar.

Brush BarBQ sauce on wings.
-
Place under
broiler and broil for 2 to 3 minutes.
-
Turn wings and
brush with sauce.
-
Broil for an
extra 2 to 3 minutes.
