Quick Cloverleaf Herb Rolls

Baking time: 15 min

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 - cup butter, melted
  • 1 - Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1-1/2 - teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary *
  • 1-1/2 - teaspoons chopped fresh thyme leaves **
  • 1 - loaf (1-pound) frozen bread dough, thawed

Directions:

  1. In a 9-inch pie plate, you want to stir together butter, parsley, rosemary and thyme.
  2. Cut bread dough into 36 (about 1-inch) pieces using kitchen shears.
  3. Shape each piece into a ball and roll in herb mixture.
  4. Place 3 balls in each of 12 ungreased muffin cups.
  5. Cover and let rise for about 30 minutes or until double in size.

Preheat over to 400°F.

  1. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

* Substitute 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed.
** Substitute 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves.
