25-Minute Beef Chili

Ingredients

1 - package (12-ounces) fully-cooked ground
beef

1 - can (15-ounces) chili hot beans in chili sauce, undrained

1 - can (14 1/2-ounces) chili-style chunky
tomatoes, undrained

1 - cup frozen
corn
-
1/4 - teaspoon
pepper

shredded Mexican cheese blend

sour cream
-

Directions

In large nonstick skillet over medium
heat, add ground beef, beans, tomatoes, corn and pepper. Mix and bring
to a boil.

Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and
simmer 10 minutes.

Sprinkle with cheese and/or add sour
cream before serving.
Picnicking &
Tailgating
You can make the chili a day or two ahead of time.
Heat (on stove or in microwave) and pour into a thermos.
When you get to your picnic and tailgate party, it is nice and hot.
