Thick N Chunky Sour-Cream Chili Soup

- 12 ounces bulk Italian sausage
or turkey Italian sausage*
- 1 medium (1/2 cup)
- 2 cups vegetable tomato
- 1 can (14 1/2- to
16-ounce) diced chili tomatoes
- 1 can (15- to 15
1/2-ounce) Mexican-style chili beans
- 1 Tablespoon chili
- 1 cup sour cream
a 4-quart saucepan, combine sausage and onion.
over medium-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring
occasionally, until sausage is browned.
vegetable juice, tomatoes, beans and chili powder.

heat to medium-low and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring
