Sausage, Apples and Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

• 1 - pound pork sausage links
• 6 - whole sweet potatoes, boiled
• 1 jar (28 oz.) Fried Apple Slices, drained
• 1/4 - cup brown sugar
• 3 - Tablespoon margarine

Directions:

1. In a skillet, brown sausage and drain.
2. In baking pan, combine sausage with sweet potatoes and apple slices in baking pan.
3. Sprinkle with sugar and dot with margarine.
4. Bake 25 minutes or until heated through.
