Shirley's Chinese Casserole

- 1 - cup onion, chopped
- 1 - cup celery, chopped
- 1 - pound ground beef
- 1 - can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 - can cream of chicken soup
- 1 - can onion soup
- 1/2 - cup rice (not instant)
- 2 - Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 -can chow mein noodles
In a saucepan, cook onion and celery in water
until tender. In a skillet, brown ground beef and add to
onion and celery.
Pour into large casserole. Add mushroom soup, chicken soup, onion soup,
rice, and soy sauce.
Blend together and bake covered for 1 hour. Remove lid and sprinkle with chow mein
noodles. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
