Cheese and Bacon Casserole

- 1 - cup Cheese Crackers, finely crushed
- 3/4 - cup milk
- 2 - Tablespoons
butter, melted and cooled
- 1/2 - cup sifted
- 1 1/2 - teaspoons double acting
- 1 - egg,
- 3 - thin slices
bacon, crisply cooked, drained and minced

Preheat oven to 425° F. Spray muffin tins.
