Big John's Breakfast Casserole

Prep Time: 15 min.
Baking Time: 55 - 60 min.
Butter a 2-quart casserole dish.
1) In a skillet, fry
bacon until crisp and the crumble into pieces. Cut bread into
cubes and place in casserole dish. Cube cheese and layer on top
of bread cubes.
2) In a mixing bowl,
beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over the bread and cheese.
Sprinkle bacon pieces on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350° F.
3) Bake covered for
50 to 60 minutes or until puffed up and golden.
