Rancho Santa Fe Blue Cornmeal Muffins

1/4 - cup butter, melted
1/3 - cup maple syrup
1 - cup milk
1 - egg, beaten
1 - cup roasted blue cornmeal
1 - cup all-purpose flour
3 - teaspoons baking powder
1/4 - teaspoons salt
Preheat oven to 425° F. and grease muffin pan.
