Mākena Ham and Pineapple Tortilla
Makes 2 servings

Prep Time: 10 min.
Bake Time: 15 min.

Ingredients

  • 1 - can (8 ounces) Pineapple Chunks or Pineapple Tidbits
  • 2 - (6-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1/4 - cup "no salt added" spaghetti or pizza sauce
  • 2 - ounces lean ham, cut into bite-sized strips
  • 1/2 - green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 - teaspoon green onion, sliced
  • 1/4 - cup shredded low-fat mozzarella or cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

  1. Drain juice from pineapple. Set aside.
  2. Put 2 tortillas on a baking sheet. Bake tortillas for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  3. Spread spaghetti sauce on the tortillas, but not all the way to the edge.
  4. Sprinkle pineapple, ham, green pepper, and onion over pizza. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
  5. Bake pizzas for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and filling is hot.
  6. Cut into wedges and serve.
