Spicy Barbecue Pizza

(10-oz.) prebaked thin-crust Italian bread shell
cups frozen soy-protein burger crumbles (from 12-oz. pkg.) *
- 1 1/4 cups barbecue
oz. (1 1/2 cups) shredded taco-flavored
(choose the flavor your family likes best)
jalapeno chile slices (from 12-oz. jar), drained (halve or
quarter larger pieces)
Preheat oven to 450°F. Place bread shell on
ungreased large cookie sheet.
1) In a medium bowl, combine
frozen protein crumbles and barbecue sauce. Mix well.
2) Spread evenly over bread
shell. Top with cheese and chile slices.
3) Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or
until pizza is thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.
*One pound of cooked and
drained ground beef can be used in place of the soy-protein burger.
