Rolled or Dropped Biscuits
Makes 14 to 15 Biscuits
Prep Time: 5 min.
Baking Time: 10 to 12 min.
Bread Recipe Directions:
Preheat oven to 450-degrees F.
1) In a medium bowl, combine baking mix and milk into a soft dough.
2) For rolled biscuits, turn onto surface dusted with baking mix
and knead 20 times.
Pat or roll dough 1/2" thick. Cut with 2"
Bake 10 to 12 minutes on ungreased baking sheet.
3) For drop biscuits: follow recipe above except do not knead.
Drop by spoonful onto ungreased baking sheet.
