Country Biscuits

Makes 12 to 14 BiscuitsBread Recipes from AlansKitchen.com

Prep Time: 10 min.
Baking Time 8 to 10 min.

Ingredients:

  •    2 packages "JIFFY" Buttermilk Biscuit Mix
  • 2/3 cup wheat germ
  •    1 Tablespoon flour
  •    1 can (12 ounce) evaporated low fat milk

Bread Recipe Directions:

Preheat oven to 450-degrees F.

1) In a medium bowl, combine biscuit mix, wheat germ and flour.

2) Stir in milk to make a soft dough.

3) Turn dough onto floured surface, knead 10 times. Roll into 1/2" thickness.

4) Cut with 2-1/2" cutter and place on ungreased baking sheet.

5) Place baking sheet in oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
