Hot Tea 101
Makes 4 Servings.


4 - cups water

4 - teaspoons loose tea leaves or 4 tea bags


  • Fill kettle fresh cold water.  Heat until water boils.
  • In your teapot, take warm water and swirl around to heat teapot.  Then pour water out.
  • Add tea leaves into pot or in a infusing basket.  If your are using tea bags, place them in pot.
  • Pour water the boiling water into tea pot.  Brew for 5 minutes.  If you find the tea too strong, reduce brewing time.
  • Remove tea from pot and serve.
