Ingredients

  • 1 - can (15-1/4 oz.) fruit cocktail
  • 1 - cup (8 oz.) plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 - cup pineapple juice
  • 3 to 4 - Tablespoon wheat germ or oat bran (optional)
  • 6 to 8 ice cubes

Directions

  1. In a blender, add un-drained fruit, yogurt, pineapple juice, wheat germ and ice cubes. 
  2. Blend until smooth. 
  3. Pour into glasses and serve.
