Prepare
grill to a medium-hot fire.
- Wipe
lamb dry, rub with salt, and dredge will with flour.
- In
a mixing bowl, combine the onions, hot water, chili sauce, Worcestershire
sauce and cayenne pepper.
- Place
on grill and cook about 10 minutes per side.
Brush with mixture and continue to grill 10 minutes per side or until
desired doneness.
