Prepare a medium fire in your grill.
Blend the olive oil and garlic in small
Brush the garlic oil on both sides
of the steaks.
Lightly sprinkle the steak with pepper. I leave the
salt off until the last.
- Place the steaks on a well oiled grill.
- Grill uncovered for 14 to 16 minutes.
Turn the steaks about every 5 minutes. Your steaks should be medium done.
- Take steaks off the grill and cover loosely with foil.
- Let the steak's rest for 3
minutes before serving.
