Dad�s Easy Backyard Baby Back Ribs
Barbecue & Grilling Recipes from AlansKitchen.comMakes 4 servings


  • 1 - rack (1-3/4 pounds) baby back pork ribs
  • 1-1/2 - cups Honey Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/3 - cup beer
  • 2 - Tablespoons spicy brown mustard


  1. Bring water to boil in large stock pot and add ribs and simmer, uncovered, 45 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine barbecue sauce, beer, and mustard. Set aside.
  3. Remove ribs from water and pat dry and place on grill over hot coals.
  4. Grill about 10 minutes, turning and basting frequently with sauce mixture.
