Barbecue & Grilling Recipes from AlansKitchen.comIngredients

  • 12 - ounces beer
  • 1/2 - cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 - cup water
  • 1/2 - cup oil, preferably canola or corn
  • 1/2 - medium onion, chopped
  • 2 - garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Brisket Seasoning

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, add beer, vinegar, water, oil, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and brisket seasoning. 

  2. Heat for 5 minutes and mop over brisket during cooking.
