Makes 4 servings
4 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons dry mustard
2 Tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 Tablespoon olive oil
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Prepare Grill to Medium Heat.
- Trim excess fat
from steak, and wipe dry.
- Make a paste of butter, mustard, paprika,
salt and pepper. Rub on both sides of steak.
