Creole Beef Short Ribs
Makes 4 servings.
1/4 - cup Creole mustard
1/4 - cup olive oil
2 - Tablespoon lemon juice
2 - Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 - teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 - teaspoon onion powder
1/2 - teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 - pounds beef short ribs
In a small bowl, add mustard, oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic
powder, onion powder and pepper.
Coat the ribs with
Cover and refrigerate 4 hours.
Prepare a medium fire in your grill.
Let ribs stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
loosely in aluminum foil.
Grill for 2 hours or until ribs are tender.
Mix the ingredients at home and wrap in plastic wrap.
Then place in plastic container and cover.
Put container in ice chest to keep cool.
Cook on the grill just as you would do at home.
