King of the Cowboys Hamburgers
Makes 4
servings
Ingredients:

1 - pound lean ground beef
-
2- 4 cloves garlic, minced
-
5 to 6 shakes Worcestershire sauce
-
1/2 - teaspoon Cajun seasoning (see seasonings)

1/2 - teaspoon salt
-
1/4 - teaspoon pepper
-
1/2 - cup hot or hearty barbecue sauce
-
4 Kaiser rolls or hamburger buns
Directions:
Prepare a medium fire in your grill.

In medium bowl, add ground beef, garlic, Worcestershire sauce,
seasoning, salt, pepper, and barbecue sauce.

Mix lightly but
thoroughly.

Shape into 4 patties.

Place patties on grid over ash-covered coals.

Grill uncovered for
14 to 16 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160° F, turn
only once.

Place burger patties on buns and serve.
