Grilled Andouille Cheeseburgers

Prep Time: 30 minutes



Preheat the grill to medium-high.

  1. In a food processor, chop the Andouille sausage fine. 

  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the Anbdouille, ground beef, garlic, Worcestershire, New Orleans seasoning, salt and pepper. 

  3. Mix; however, do not overwork the mixture. Form into 4 (1-inch-thick) patties.

  4. Place the burgers on the grill. 

  5. Grill to desired doneness (about 5 minutes per side for medium-rare). 

  6. During the last 2 minutes of cooking, lay cheese slices on burger�s tops and cook until melted.

  7. Place the burger on the bottom half of the roll. 

  8. Garnish with favorite toppings and condiments. Serve hot.
