Marinated Flank Steak

Prep Time: 10 min.
Chilling Time: overnight
Grilling Time: 10 to 12 min.
Rest for: 10 min.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place steak in a large plastic zipping bag and set aside. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, red wine or broth, Worcestershire sauce, oil, line juice, green onions, garlic, dill and celery seed. Pour over steak. Seal bag and refrigerate overnight.

  2. Grill over hot coals to preferred doneness (5 to 6 minutes per side for medium-rare).

  3. Remove from grill and let steak to rest for 10 minutes before slicing on the diagonal.
