Time: 1 hour
Grilling
Time: 10 - 14 minutes
Ingredients
Directions
-
I simmer my ribs in a deep pot of
water.
-
Then I add my onion, salt,
peppercorns, red pepper flakes.
-
I cover and simmer for 50 minutes.
-
Then I drain the ribs.
Prepare Grill to Medium Heat.
-
On my hot grill, I place my ribs
about 5 inches above the coals.
-
I cook them between 5 to 7 minutes
per side or until they are lightly browned.
-
Now, I brush my Bar-B-Q sauce over the
ribs and make sure that I get all sides.
-
I keep grilling for 6 to 8 minutes
per side. I want my ribs tender and well glazed.
