Grilling Time: 10 - 14 minutes

Ingredients

Directions

  1. I simmer my ribs in a deep pot of water.

  2. Then I add my onion, salt, peppercorns, red pepper flakes.

  3. I cover and simmer for 50 minutes.

  4. Then I drain the ribs.

Prepare Grill to Medium Heat.

  1. On my hot grill, I place my ribs about 5 inches above the coals.

  2. I cook them between 5 to 7 minutes per side or until they are lightly browned.

  3. Now, I brush my Bar-B-Q sauce over the ribs and make sure that I get all sides.

  4. I keep grilling for 6 to 8 minutes per side.  I want my ribs tender and well glazed.
