Artichoke Stuffed with Crab

Baking Time: 15 min.
Preheat oven to 350-degrees F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking
artichokes in the bottom of the baking pan.
In a small
saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and add green onion and
cook until soft.
Add flour and
cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
