Easy Homemade Spicy Mixed Nuts
Appetizer & Snack Recipes from AlansKitchen.comMakes 16 servings, 1/4 cup each

Prep Time: 10 min.
Baking Time: 20 min.


  • 2 - cups Dry Roasted Peanuts
  • 1-1/2 - cups Pecan Halves
  • 1/4 - cup Dry Roasted Sunflower Kernels
  • 3 - Tablespoons Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 2 - teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 - teaspoons crushed red pepper, or to taste


Preheat oven to 325įF.

  1. In a medium bowl, add peanuts, pecans and sunflower kernels. Mix.
  2. In a small bowl, mix dressing, cumin, and red pepper.
  3. Add dressing mixture to peanut mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Spread into single layer on foil-covered baking sheet.
  5. Bake 20 min. or until lightly toasted, stirring after 10 min.
  6. Serve warm or at room temperature.
