Feta and Red Pepper Snack Crackers

Makes 8 servings (3 topped crackers each)

Prep Time: 10 min.

Ingredients:

• 6 - Tablespoons Reduced Fat Crumbled Feta Cheese with Basil & Tomato
• 1/4 - cup finely chopped roasted red peppers
• 2 - Tablespoons Reduced Fat or Light Sour Cream
• 24 - RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers

Directions:

1. In a small bowl, mix cheese, peppers and sour cream in small bowl.

2. Spoon 1 teaspoon of the cheese mixture onto each cracker.

3. Serve immediately.
