Makes 16 (2-Tablespoons) servings

Prep Time: 5 min.
Chilling Time: 3 hrs.

Ingredients:

  •    1  container (16 oz.) Sour Cream
  •    1  envelope Parmesan Italian or Italian Dressing Mix
  • 1/2  cup chopped roasted red pepper or 1 teaspoon jarred roasted garlic
  •         red pepper strips, your choice
  •         jicama strips, your choice
  •         radishes, your choice
  •         cherry tomatoes, your choice
  •         blue corn chips, your choice

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix sour cream and Parmesan Italian or Italian Dressing Mix until well blended.

  2. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours to blend flavors.

  3. Serve with red pepper strips, jicama strips, radishes, cherry tomatoes and blue corn chips.

Alan's Kitchens Tips
For festive vegetable dippers, cut red peppers and jicama into star-shapes using a star-shaped cookie cutter.
