Snackin' Kabobs

Ingredients:
- 2 red bell
peppers, cut into 24 (3/4-inch) pieces
- 3 - slices (6-ounce) (3/4 inch thick) Deli American
and/or Provolone
and/or Cheddar
Cheese, cut into 48 (3/4-inch) cubes
- 6 - green onions,
cut into 24 (1-inch) pieces
- 2 - slices (3-ounce) (3/4 inch thick) deli hard salami
and/or ham, cut into
24 (3/4-inch) pieces
- 24 - stuffed green olives, drained
- 24 - frilled toothpicks
Directions:
- To assemble kabobs, thread 1 piece red pepper, 1
cube cheese, 1 piece onion, 1 cube cheese, 1 piece salami and 1 olive
onto each toothpick.
