Cheesy Stuffed Eggs
Makes
12 servings, 1 deviled egg each
Prep Time: 30 min
Ingredients:
- 6 - hard-cooked eggs
- 1/4 - cup Sharp Cheddar Pasteurized Cheese Snack
- 2 - Tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 - Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 - Tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Scoop yolks into
small bowl; set egg whites aside.
- Mash yolks with fork. Add cheese snack, mayo,
mustard and parsley; mix well. Spoon or pipe yolk mixture evenly into
egg white halves.
- Serve immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate
until ready to serve. Store leftover eggs in refrigerator.
