Antipasto

Prep time: 15 min.
Chilling time: 4 hrs.

Ingredients:

  • 1 - bottle (8 ounces) Italian Dressing
  • 1 - can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained, quartered
  • 1 - package (3 ounces) Pepperoni Slices
  • 1 - cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 - cup pitted ripe olives
  • 10 - pepperoncini peppers
  • 4 - ounces Mozzarella Cheese, cut into sticks

Direction:

  1. In a shallow dish, add artichokes, pepperoni, tomatoes, olives and peppers.
  2. Pour dressing over and cover.
  3. Place in refrigerator and marinate several hours or overnight.
  4. You want to drain, reserving marinade.
  5. Arrange pepperoni, vegetables and cheese on platter. Serve with reserved marinade.
